If you are a National Dialup customer, using this form to change your password will only change the password associated with your mailbox or extra email boxes -- To change the password used by your dial-up networking software, please contact PCI technical support at 1-800-859-3452.
If you want to change an emailbox password, but you don't know the emailbox password, just leave the old password box empty. You will be prompted to enter the main account password after hitting 'Change Password.'
